What I am interested in, what I write and care about, exists in the slow lane, somewhere between hand-ploughed fields and a pint of real ale.

About This Quote

I love this quote because it shows that what you are interested in and what you write does not have to be the new and the exciting. Sometimes we need to go back and look at what we had before. Sometimes what we once loved can be described as boring, but that does not mean that they do not hold value. As long as we keep carving new words onto our hearts, our souls will grow; and continue growing, until we find ourselves in a world brimming with poetry and art and music and beauty.
